An item incorporating a barcode with prefix number '890' signifies ownership by an Indian organization. Formula to create EAN 13 Barcode Check Sum Digit is :
[{1+3+5+7+9+11} + {(2+4+6+8+10+10)X3}]=X 
(Find Xth - 10th Multiply Nearest or Equal Figure) Eg. if X = 91 then 10th Nearest Figure is 100
Then Subtract X from this Figure. i.e. (100-X(91) = 9)
So "9" is your last Check Sum Digit to generate Perfect EAN-13 Barcode.
